As a business, you need a way for your customers to agree to a policy (cancellation or refund), waiver or disclaimer.

With our latest update, we make that easy for you to do.

Introducing Waivers!

Waivers is a new question type that can be added to your checkout page. You want your customers to read the content and agree that they have read the content. With this question type, you can include the content and automatically force the customer to check a box before completing their checkout.

Waiver question type is an addition to help you do the following:

  • Have customers agree to a cancellation or refund policy
  • Have customers agree to a waiver
  • Have customers agree to a disclaimer

Improving your customer’s checkout experience is our goal, and with this new improvement - we hope to get you one step closer.

For existing businesses using Occasion — we advise you to convert your waivers from before into the new type — please follow the steps in this video https://youtu.be/UEgbbmLq4RU1.
